Chi Nei Tsang | Tao Touch®

Somatic abdominal bodywork in Berlin-Mitte

I support you through mindful, body-oriented work that helps you reconnect with your body and your inner experience.

Sessions combine Chi Nei Tsang, somatic guidance, and finely attuned bodywork.

Integrated Support through Somatic Bodywork

My name is Christina Theisen. In my work, I support you in returning to a vibrant connection with your body, especially with your abdominal space as the center of breath, digestion, and life force.

As a trained Chi Nei Tsang practitioner and physiotherapist, I combine precise bodywork with somatic guidance and a refined sensitivity to processes within the tissue.

My work is for you if you wish to become more deeply grounded in your body, want to shift tension patterns, or find yourself in a phase of change, exhaustion, or reorientation. The focus is not on a fixed goal, but on what shows itself in your body in the present moment.

The sessions combine manual work in the abdominal space with somatic perception training. The abdominal area is closely connected to your nervous system and inner regulatory processes. Here, tensions can surface, shift, and reorganize. Through mindful, precise touch, what is held in the tissue becomes perceptible. I follow what is present in your body, without forcing anything.

Over time, your sense of your body can become clearer, inner order can emerge, and a more stable connection to yourself can grow.

My work combines presence, experience, and a subtle perception for what becomes felt in your body.

Unwind & Reconnect

This work supports a return to the body through gentle abdominal touch and attentive presence.

The focus is the abdomen — where breath, digestion, and emotional experience are deeply interwoven.

Sessions invite the system to slow down, settle, and reorganise in its own rhythm.

Rather than moving toward a result, we follow what becomes perceptible in the moment.

Over time, many people experience more space, inner quiet, and a renewed sense of body awareness.
