Christina Theisen
My mission is to inspire and support you in reconnecting with your body, your inner wisdom, and your life’s natural flow—so you can experience greater ease, joy, and presence.
I have been practicing Chi Nei Tsang, the healing art of abdominal touch, for nine years. This practice integrates emotional-somatic awareness, Qi Gong, meditation, deep listening, and trauma sensitivity, guiding the body toward its natural intelligence and innate capacity to heal. For over twenty-four years, I’ve explored the subtle landscapes of embodiment, movement, bodywork, and consciousness, cultivating a deep attunement to the body’s language.
My approach is intuitive, empathic, and light, inviting you to connect with your inner guide. In sessions, I create a space for rest, receptivity, and gentle transformation—where the body can remember its wholeness, and the heart can open to belonging, attunement, and ease. Through mindful touch and presence, we nourish the body’s innate wisdom and cultivate groundedness, care, and connection.
My path is deeply rooted in the wisdom of life, the Tao, and the intricate intelligence of the human body. Through years of listening and compassionate witnessing, I’ve developed a sensitivity to the unspoken language of touch and presence. With devotion and care, I offer my sessions as a space to return—to the body, to feeling, and to the truth that lives within.
From my heart to yours, I offer this practice as an invitation: to return to yourself, to embody your truth, and to move through life with clarity, openness, and the quiet joy of simply being alive.

The forest
My honours to my mother and grandmother
I was born in 1981 and grew up in the Hunsrück forests, surrounded by trees, wildflowers, and the quiet rhythm of nature.
My mother and grandmother were both gardeners. Through their way of being, I received and so learned something simple and lasting: to trust care, to observe, and overall to live in relationship with earth.
That connection to the land still runs through everything I do. It’s where I return when I need to remember to feel clear, free, grounded, and real.
