About me
My work supports you in reconnecting with your body, your inner wisdom, and the natural flow of your life, so that ease, presence, and inner guidance can be felt more clearly.
With a background in martial arts, I began my embodiment practice at the age of six, developing a felt sense of earth energy moving through my body. In my twenties I trained as a physiotherapist and later studied the arts, becoming a photographer. These experiences shaped a quiet way of listening and seeing through the body that informs my work.
For the past nine years I have been practicing Chi Nei Tsang, the healing art of abdominal touch. This work weaves together emotional and somatic awareness, Contact Improvisation, Qi Gong, meditation, and deep listening. It supports the body’s natural intelligence and its capacity to reconnect and restore balance.
For more than twenty four years I have been studying embodiment, movement, bodywork, and consciousness. Over time this continues to deepen my relationship with presence and with the language and intelligence of the human body.
My approach is intuitive, empathic, and gentle. In sessions I hold space for receptivity and rest, where the body can soften, reconnect, and remember its wholeness. Through mindful touch and presence I support grounding, connection, and trust in the body’s wisdom.
Rooted in the Tao and in the subtle intelligence of the human body, my work is shaped by years of listening and quiet witnessing. From this place I offer sessions as a return to the body, to feeling, and to what is true.
From my heart to yours, this is an invitation to come home to yourself, and to move through life with more openness, clarity, and quiet joy.

The forest
my Roots and line
I was born in 1981 and grew up in the Hunsrück forests, surrounded by trees, wildflowers, and the quiet rhythm of nature. My mother and grandmother were gardeners. Through them, I learned something simple and lasting: to trust care, to observe, and to live in relationship with the earth.
That connection to land and natural world still runs through everything I do. It is where I return when I need to feel clear, free, grounded, and real.
Movement
Dancing is one of my chosen practice to fully arrive in the present moment, to meet the unknown, to connect through the senses, to feel through my spine, and to express myself. In this space I observe my patterns, explore the movement between ego, the social body, the skin layer, and the energetic body, falling, playing, and letting go, and open to the collective.
It is a way of exploring relationship – with myself, with others, and with the space in between – through the speed of attention and the ability to move at the speed of one’s partner’s attention, allowing also a feral or rewilding attention, and letting presence inform and guide me into life as it unfolds. I am grateful for the teachings and spaces of Nita Little, Andrew Wass, and Jörg Hassmann, which continue to shape my living movement practice in Contact Improvisation.
