Wir roll, fall, dance, bewild ourselves and enjoy - from home to home , this routine goes as long as the gates to our studios open again.
Here some suggestions how to join in:
*Register here to get the zoom link and the password
* Get Zoom.us on your phone, tablet or computer
* Make space in your living room or so, and get comfortable on the floor
* Wear comfortable clothes to move in

This practice is important for your child - let alone yourself. Why? Because for our wellbeing we need to commune. These days we ought to find new pathways to find together. Without meeting in person connection seems is challenging to us, however nothing is impossible We care for our wellbeing so we will find a way to play and to be in contact with our children.
