My session include hands-on abdominal attention, affection and self-care activation. If touch is a challenge, I will meet you were you are. My way of touch is through deep listening, validating, trauma-sensitive and very empathetic.
Prior tp session, for you to know, it’s important to make space for integration time. Try to rest and find a space to settle before heading back to work or relating with others. I encourage you to take a walk or sit in nature, even a nap before driving or getting onto public transport.
I recommend scheduling sessions within a 7-10 day interval, with careful attention to your unique healing and lifestyle requirements. I encourage you to take 4-5 sessions to begin with for supporting your personal healing journey. For changing old habbits, and to set inner bonding, practice is essential. Fostering a connection with your gut-brain and sensing your inner landscapes better, can greatly support you navigating your emotions as you relate to life. Weekly guidance will assist you in aligning yourself and see yourself healing from within and reinforces your overall well-being.

Achieving this requires your energy and attention, and a willingness to explore new perspectives, while meeting your state of Now, and your innate embodiment as a sentient being. Gut awareness is an essential part for maintaining healthy relationships with your body and mind, internally and with the external world in relation.
During our initial meeting, I will delve into the subtleties of life with you, hearing your mind, hear your hopes and goals, and meet your belly and embodiment. I am looking forward to connect with you.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
Payment methods are by bank transfer, you‘ll receive your invoice after the session. Payment is due at the time of service.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is important, not only to you but also to others who may be seeking care. I kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any changes or cancellations to your scheduled appointment. This allows ample time for others to benefit from the available slot.
Exceptions: I understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. In such cases, please notify me as soon as possible, and I'll do my best to accommodate your needs.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur the full session fee, unless due to illness or an emergency. I believe in fairness and understanding, and will always consider individual circumstances.
No-shows: In the event of a no-show without prior notice, the full session fee will be applicable. Your cooperation in honoring our scheduled appointments is greatly appreciated.
