My approach

Body-oriented and trauma-sensitive.

In my practice in Berlin Mitte I combine Chi Nei Tsang with mindfulness and body-oriented methods. The aim is not to dissolve feelings but to make them understandable, release inner tension, and strengthen emotional resilience.
