Before & after the session

Plan for about 120 minutes in total. Avoid scheduling anything rushed afterwards, so you can give yourself time to arrive and integrate.

You don't need to prepare anything, just come comfortably dressed.

The room is on the 4th floor without an elevator.

That is individual.

Some begin with regular sessions every ten days to two weeks, others come at longer intervals. Together we find what best supports you in your process.
