In a session I combine mindful, precise touch in the abdominal area with somatic guidance. We work with what is felt in your body in the moment, giving your system space to connect, settle, and regulate at its own pace.

Plan for about 120 minutes in total. Avoid scheduling anything rushed afterwards, so you can give yourself time to arrive and integrate.
You don't need to prepare anything, just come comfortably dressed.
A sliding scale is offered so you can choose the amount that reflects your current situation. Continuity can deepen the process and support a more refined body awareness.
